Our Middle School students, 22 parent chaperones, Father Tony and Mr. Clagnaz are visiting Philadelphia on October 19 and 20 on the annual Middle School Trip. On Thursday, the group will visit the Franklin Institute Science Museum. After dinner at the Hard Rock Café, we will take a candlelight ghost tour of some of the spookier streets of Philly. After breakfast at the hotel on Friday, we head to the National Constitution Center where we will see a stirring multi-media presentation entitled, "Freedom Rising." Father Tony will celebrate mass with us at Old St. Joseph's Church, the oldest Catholic Church in Philadelphia, founded in 1733 by the Jesuits. After lunch (Philly Cheesesteak, of course), we'll take a walking tour of Historic Philadelphia, including stops at the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall.
