Early Childhood Programs

Our Early Childhood Programs -  Toddler, Nursery, and Pre-Kindergarten offer a unique Christian environment for young children.  
 

• Children learn school readiness skills in reading, math,  and science all through play. 
• Hands-on activities in small groups give children the opportunity to manipulate materials to develop critical thinking skills.  
• There is also a focus on social emotional learning including self management, relationships, and decision making skills.  
• Faith-based activities that focus on kindness and love are incorporated into daily activities.  These programs allow each child to experience the joy of learning at his/her own pace.
• All classes are led by a teacher and teacher assistant. There is a focus on keeping children safe and healthy in a caring well managed environment. 
• All programs use manipulatives, arts and crafts supplies, and technology including the SMART Board and iPads.  
• Gross motor skills are developed by utilizing our playgrounds and outdoor spaces and as well as our gymnasium.  
• We also have an indoor Movement Room for use during inclement weather. There are centers in every classroom where students can socialize, use their imaginations, and expand their emotional growth.
