We are planning our Annual Fall Middle School Trip. We visit Boston, Washington and Philadelphia on a three-year cycle. This year we are going to Boston and Salem, Massachusetts on November 7 and 8. Our itinerary includes a Duck Tour of Boston on land and the Charles River aboard an amphibious vehicle, the Museum of Science, Faneuil Hall and Quincy Marketplace, a walking tour of the Freedom Trail, the Gallows Hill Experience in Salem including an interactive Mock Witch Trial, and Gallows Hill Walking Ghost Tour. The Scholastic Book Fair is coming! Book Fair dates are Thursday, December 5 and Friday, December 6 during the school day for students. Evening event is Friday, December 6, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Join us for Breakfast With Santa on Sunday, December 15 in Monsignor Code Auditorium following the 9:15 am mass in the School Chapel. Enjoy pancakes, sausage and more! Meet Santa! Tickets are $7.00 per person. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold at the door. No one will be seated until after the 9:15 am mass. The Parents’ Association will have a Christmas Boutique during Breakfast With Santa on December 15 and on Monday, December 16 during school hours. The Boutique will be located in the lobby of Monsignor Code Auditorium. Gifts are available for friends and family - even pets! Prices are from 50¢ to $14.00. Most items are under $3.00.
Our Pre-K classes are conducting a Christmas Service Project for children battling cancer at Cohen Children's Medical Center and the Cancer Center for Kids at NYU Winthrop Hospital. Please consider donating a CRAFT, TOY or TOILETRIES. All donations MUST be new and unwrapped for the safety of the children we are donating to. Please send donations to school by Friday, December 20 so we can get them to the children before Christmas.
